It should come as no surprise that clams are our foundation. Boulevard Clams started as a distribution center for clams fresh from local waters. To this day, Boulevard Clams uses clams harvested in these same waters.
Boulevard Clams has been a certified clam dealer (NJ 12 SS) since 1979. Our current license allows us to legally buy shellfish directly from diggers, and also to ship these shellfish across state lines. Our license was issued in accordance with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Interstate Certified Shellfish Shippers List (ICSSL).
When purchasing clams always remember that the smaller the clam, the more tender the texture. Of course, we carry every size of clam so you will be able to satisfy everyones special preference.
