Devilled Crab
6 ounces fresh lump crabmeat, picked over well
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Chopped parsley
Lemon wedge
Preheat oven to hot(400F) Arrange the crabmeat in a lightly greased, individual casserole and dot with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about eight minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
